If you have lived in the south for any length of time you have most likely seen this sort of algae growth on the roofs. This algae is actually feeding off the materials in the shingles. The longer it is allowed to grow the worse off the quality of the shingles will be. So you see it's not just an eye soar but also a maintenance issue.
Wow, what a difference! We are able to remove the algae without using any bleach products on your roof. We use a bio-degradable product that is applied to the roof and then rinsed off with low pressure so that the shingle quality is not compromised. As you can see the curb appeal is greatly enhanced.
Many times we are actually able to clean roofs without getting up on them. Usually the cost of cleaning is less than 1/15 the cost of having a roof replaced. What you see here is the roof being rinsed off with very low pressure. We first apply our product and let it work then we give the roof an even rinse.
